Hello Monday....October 1st Edition....

Hello Monday!
Today it is dreary and wet outside and I have a LOT to do!

• Get the kidlet off to school 
• Drop the munchkin off at Preschool
• Catch up with a very good friend for coffee
• Get Groceries
• Get to the Pharmacy to get me some cough meds (YES, I am STILL sick!  ARGH!!!)

Hello October 1st!  Can you believe that September came and went as quickly as it did?

Hello Skyline Retreat Organizing!  Technically, it is all done, with the exception of the clipboard that I just found after it being lost for a week.....the problem: no paperwork attached to it.  Now, I have to find the paperwork that was attached to the stupid clipboard!  Anyone that knows me, KNOWS that I am highly organized and keep lists going at all times!  This kind of stuff rarely happens to me and I am completely lost right now.  UGH!!!

Hello Groceries!
I am just getting the bare essentials today because I am sure I am going to be DRENCHED by the end of the shopping and loading into the car!

Hello Secret Sister!
I started working on her gift, but until after Skyline, I can't post pictures.  I need it to remain a surprise until Skyline and then I can show you everything that I bought her and made her.  I think she is going to be pretty happy with everything.  Or, at least I hope so.

Hello Monday....September 24th Edition

Hello Fall Break!
Nathan and Sophie are both off of school this week for Fall Break.  So, we decided that we would take a little family vacation!

Hello Road Trip!
Pulled out all the "travel stuff" yesterday and got the suitcases packed.  We head out this morning!

Hello DESTIN!
Down South we go!  Just a few days away. Sophie has never been to the beach and I am worried!  She doesn't like stuff touching her feet, so we will see how she likes the sand!  

Hello Sheriff Bill!
Luckily, we live right next door to a Sheriff and I walked over yesterday to tell him that we were heading out for a few days. He said he would keep an eye on the house!  SWEET!!!

Hello Jess & kidlets!
Jessica has offered to watch my puppies this week while we head out.  Isn't she lovely?   

Hello Power Layouts!
While we are away, I have a plan to get some scrapbook pages done and some laid out and ready to go for the weeks to follow.  I have a little bag packed and ready to play with at the condo at night.  

Hello Rest and Relaxation and a little Sun and Surf!
We haven't had a trip like this in YEARS!  Our vacation is usually a long drive up to Canada to visit with family.  I can't really remember the last time we went somewhere other than Canada.  Sad, eh?  Now, I am not talking about the little side trips, like our trip to see the Habs play in North Carolina. I am talking a WEEK LONG vacation.  I am thinking it was our last cruise back in 2007! That is a LONG time ago!!!  I think we are due....

Hello Monday....September 10 2012

Hello Routine....we are back to a routine, even though I have been sick for a week!

Hello Jess...I had coffee with Jess at the Honda Dealership while her car was being worked on.  She is going away for a few days this week and I wanted to see her before she left.  So, I met her at the dealership and had a cup of coffee with her.  Weird?  YES!  But, at least I got to see her before she heads out of town!

Hello Hobby Lobby...I went there right after the dealership and bought Ben some new paint brushes.  I haven't stepped a foot into HobLob in a few months now.  There really wasn't much I was wanting....GASP!!!!!   Scary eh?

Hello Airport Pickup....Thursday, my parents are flying in to HOT-Lanta and I will have them a week!  The kids are pretty excited to see Nana and Grandad!  

Hello Afternoon Naps....it is time for a nap now that Sophie is down for her nap and I am still recovering from the "sickness from hell"....finally got my voice back (kinda).  Want to keep getting better though!

Hello 10 Years In GEORGIA....yep, as of yesterday, Ben and I have been living in Georgia for 10 years.  Any chance of us moving home to Canada anytime soon?  Doubt it.  Unless something terrible happens like Ben losing his job or something even worse.  

On that note, I am heading to bed.....gotta catch some sleep while I can!

Hello Monday!!!

Hello Aldi!  I need salad stuff and some meat to cook this week....

Hello Coffee!  Lord knows, I need my coffee in the morning, but especially this morning!

Hello Shower!  You sure did feel great this morning!  I didn't want to get out!

Hello "CYN" Time!  I decided to forget the "TO DO List", stay home from the gym this morning, and have some "Cyn Time". I did a LOT this weekend and I need a bit of time to myself.  I needed this morning, while Sophie was at Preschool, to get things done that I wanted to do....

Hello Naptime!  Once I put Sophie down for her nap, the plan is to work on photos and getting them ready to print.  I have a coupon from CVS and I need to print by 9/1/12.

Hello Weekly Meal Plan! I have been trying really hard to plan out our meals and not eat out a lot.  I find that it just breaks the budget and it also breaks my diet!  Not that I am on a diet, I am just watching my portion sizes and making sure I eat healthier.  I did give up pop though and that has been wonderful. I have only had coke once (at the zoo this weekend with Nathan and his friends) and I am doing well with these two goals so far!
